The more comprehension I have, the less enemy images arise. Considering someone or something as an enemy costs energy and reduces one’s own room for manoeuvre. It changes one’s mood and attitude towards combat and damage.

I am not a brave person. I might do thing that others consider courageous but only because they are afraid of it for themselves. For me it is all about doing what feels right and inevitable. When I see no danger and have no fear I don’t need courage to go.

Ich bin völlig begeistert von der Fernsehserie Ted Lasso, obwohl ich überhaupt kein Fußballinteresse habe, was aber auch nicht nötig ist. Tolle Charaktere, tolle Dialoge, fröhliche Handlungen.
